Miro designed and built our deck. We were very impressed with his work ethic. His work crew endured some pretty cold weather in December they were amazing and we were overjoyed with the end result. We are looking forward to enjoying our deck in the nice weather. We checked out many web sites when looking for a deck builder, the BBB has given Royal Decks a A-
and it is well deserved.

He arrived on time to our first meeting and listened to our goals and our design plans. He offered excellent suggestions and then completed a 3D drawing for me to look over before the project began. Miro helped bring the deck of our dreams into our backyard. From the beginning, Miro was fair, honest, open and professional. He always responded to questions in a timely manner and worked hard to make sure we were happy with our project. Miro at Royal Decks is very good at keeping in contact with customers. He provided us with a free complete written proposal for what we wanted, including a 3D rendering of the project. His quote was the lowest of 3 quotes we obtained. The project was completed in the timeframe promised (except for a weather delay) and it cost exactly what we were originally quoted. Miro is professional and polite and does the job right. It was very easy working with him. We are very happy with our deck and would recommend him to anybody.

I found Royal Decks on line in my desperate search for a company to build a quality deck. I was pleasantly surprised when Miro actually called me back. I had been playing telephone tag with various other companies, and also disappointed with "no show free estimates. Miro showed up exactly when we arranged, was prepared with equipment necessary to measure etc. He listened to my concept and presented it to me in a 3-D drawing within a day of meeting. When the plan was ready to go, we had some delays with the City re permits, but Miro accommodated these delays without a problem. When we were finally ready to go, everything went smoothly with inspections passing easily and without issue. Together, Miro and Steve left me with a beautiful deck, professionally finished with lovely materials. I would highly recommend Royal Decks. They are honest and realistic with their quotes.

We needed to replace our rotting deck with a new one. It is large - 12' x 27'. Miro had a clear and simple sales process and was accommodating to our desires. We checked out a few other firms and then decided on Royal Decks based on Miro's approach and the quality of his other decks we visited. We decided to go with plastic deck boards, stair risers and fascia; cedar skirt and cedar rail with aluminum balusters. The construction crew was top quality: meticulous in their work and caring of our home and property. They did whatever it took to ensure we would be happy with the final product. Although the cost was considerable, we are very happy with the final product.

My decision to go with Royal Decks after getting several quotes was the right thing to do. Miro was very accommodating, helpful and communicated with me in a professional and timely manner. I had several ideas as to how I wanted the deck built and he basically told me the they could build "whatever I wanted' and that is exactly what I got. His sketches were exactly like we discussed as was the finished product. He was also great with follow-up after the deck was complete addressing some small concerns I had. When I went to replace my 30+ year old deck I got 3 estimates. I decided to go with Miro and Royal Decks. City Permits was acquired. The crew on site were professional and easy to have around. The inspections all went well. The new deck was built beyond code, built to last, and beautifully finished. Every little detail was taken care of. We would definitely recommend Miro and Royal Decks as well as this crew to anyone, especially our friends !!

When we started searching for a deck company to build our deck about 2 months ago, we contacted 6 companies we found online. Miro was the first to respond, and in fact, was the only one to respond. I still have not heard from the 5 other companies. Anyhow, Miro came by within a few days to look at what we needed, the next day, he sent my wife and I 3D visuals of a few deck samples, we chose one, he priced it perfectly. He is extremely easy to work with, we had some questions and emailed him, and received responses within an hour, phenomenal customer service. He kept us informed after we hired him with the dates the materials would arrive...etc.. the carpenters who came were on time, friendly and man did they work their butts off. They had to stop only once 1 day because of lightning and heavy rain, no big deal. Miro stopped by several times during the project to ensure everything was to my satisfaction, could not be more impressed!

The owner of the company made numerous visits to my home on my schedule after regular business hours as it was more convient for me. Addressed all my concerns in a timely manner. Finished the deck on time. I am very happy with this builder and would recommend to friends.
