We initially had amazing service with Brian the sales rep.. he is amazing, but as soon as the deposit was given its been downhill ever since. We were told that it would be a 4-6 week delay due to the pandemic. We were 100 ercent good with that. We made the deposit to secure our door in mid March, it is now July 22nd and the company still says "it's in transit". Every single time we try to get an update we get different answers "your door wasn't ordered, your door is on its way, your door is in ontario, you door is on the truck" one time they said, oh it's here , it will be installed on Monday. Perfect we thought. We get a call on Friday before, "your door was not on the truck". SERIOUSLY? i get it, supply chain issues, but how did it go from 4-6 weeks to almost 20? I tried multiple attempts - email, phone, contact form to get a hold of senior management for help. NOTHING. They have said they can't provide the refund because its already be shipped, but there is no tracking number? or waybill? Save yourself the issues and go anywhere else.
