We normally do all our own work but blinds and drapes are not something we can do, so went to Sears. The service and helpfulness was extremely good and the person who came to the house really knew her product etc.

They replaced our gutters around the house and we had a very nice contractor who completed the work. The clean up was excellent. The work was just done 2 months ago and so far so good after some rain!

Purchased a new dishwasher, it was installed, and one of the Jets was broken.

We thought we fixed it but it came off two weeks later. We called Sears, told them the parts number, offered to send a photograph of the part.

First repairman arrived 2 weeks later, no part, did not even know what was wrong, and ordered the part.

Two weeks later another repairman arrived, with the WRONG part.

three weeks later we are still waiting.

sears installed a high efficiency furnace. they were on time and the installer was very professional. he knew what he was doing and offered good advice. we've had no problems with the furnace everything worked exactly as promised. sears stands behind their products and installation.

I'm only a beginner handyman and wanted to start putting together my workshop in our house we just moved into. This table saw has a lot of good features and was on sale. Plus Sears often has extra $10 or $20 discounts on weekends which I also took advantage of. Altogether I felt got a good deal. Sales staff in hardware are very knowledgeable and easy to talk to.

Gary in the appliance department was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Their policy of beating all competitor prices was the icing on the cake, as well as their willingness to order any products wether they usually carry them or not.

Service was fantastic. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Sales machine on previous items. Furniture reclining sofa with centre councel- excellent and was exactly waht she was looking for. Durable.
