I had received a quote from a competitor prior to contacting Simply Closets. I chose to contact them because they are listed under the Holmes on Homes supplier directory. Daniel showed up a head of time and phoned before he came over. He inspected the situation and sat down with me and did a quick design using his lap top. I asked him for a copy and he e-mailed it to me that very day. We went back a forth a few times over the design, each time he did the changes quickly and sent me a new estimate. After reading the comments of the disappointed gentlemen in South Riverdale I was skeptical about going a head with them and informed Daniel why and gave him a link to this site. He answered with an explanation that was both honest and non judgmental. So I had my closets done and they look and function beautifully. I couldn't be happier. Thanks Daniel and team.

After watching Holmes on Holmes in which Simply Closets was featured, my wife and I had them install a floor to ceiling wall system in our bedroom. The owner came by and was extremely professional, organized and the price was reasonable. We agreed to the installation. What happened next was a complete disaster, which we are still living with today. They installed the units in an unlevelled manner and the custom doors where/are warped. In fairness, they did try to replace the doors with a workaround, but it wasn't what my wife and I had wanted and could have gotten from another supplier.

Only after threatening to sue, did Simply Closet refund us $1000.00, which was to go to the next contractor to fix the problem. Unfortunately the whole thing has to be replaced.

We had quotes from several companies prior to meeting Simply Closets. Our friends recommended them to us. Daniel arrived at our house on time for the quote, gave some good ideas on design and delivered a quote significantly lower than the others. Furthermore, his wall-unit allowed us to have custom measurements rather than compromise with standard measurements. He gave us an accurate date for installation, confirmed beforehand, arrived on time and quickly completed the project. We were extremely pleased with the quality of the product, the reliability of Daniel and would certainly recommend Simply Closets to other people (and we have).
