I am surprise to see such negative reviews. I had such a wonderful experience with them. I bought a mattress during boxing day, which was part of their joyful collection. It was discounted and I needed it for my bad back. The mattress was amazing and my back problems literally vanished. But after 2 or 3 months unfortunately the mattress failed and started to sag. Now the store has a 60 day exchange policy free of charge, you only pay delivery costs which are only $50. But sadly by the time I called 4 months had gone by. Nevertheless the Sleep Country team was so helpful and said don't worry we will waive that restriction and get you a new one. Just go into any store and pick up a mattress of your choice. I live in Toronto but happened to be in Ottawa visiting family and went to a store there and they were so helpful and were able to accommodate me from there. I got the upgraded version of this mattress and no additional charge. And in the fee of $50 for shipping they threw in some pillows as well.
So in all i'm a very happy customer and the experience was great. Customer service matters so much and they really delivered. And this upgraded mattress is so nice, it has a gel system that doesn't heat up your entire back. Love it.
