We bought a Decorest sofa and loveseat from Smitty’s in Kitchener. After 6 months we noticed that the seams were pulling apart on 2 seat cushions. We called our design consultant, Angela, and she immediately arranged to have a service rep come out to our home in Tillsonburg. What a pleasure to have Brad come into our home. He took pictures of the seat covers and had Decorest make new covers. Brad delivered the new covers to our home and ensured that everything fit properly. Our customer service experience was excellent with Smitty’s and we will definitely continue to shop at the Kitchener location.
