After a fire in my apartment building, I needed to get some furniture cleaned. I found Soft Surfaces through Homestars, and arranged for an estimate. Fred showed up on time and was willing to spend as much time as needed explaining everything and answering any questions. After having to reschedule original appointment due the water being out in my building, Fred was very flexible and willing to work with me in whatever way necessary to get the job completed.
