I had John come out to quote this scope of work in Nov 2012. His price was very competitive at the time, and although some other companies had quoted less, i knew cheaper does not mean better.
From day one John and his team were A1 professionals. They did a great job, were on point and schedule and did everything above and beyond. When it comes to concrete you have to make sure that the concrete solution used is a strong one. Some companies will quote you a lower price with much lower quality product. Be weary of those companies.
This past winter our concrete cracked pretty bad, resulting in some water entering our basement. We picked up the phone, called Idala at the Solocrete office and 2 months later they re-did all the broken and cracked concrete, along with repairing the water leak all FREE OF CHARGE. This company will stand by their work and will repair it should their product crack or break. This is something you cannot pay enough for, especially in an industry where many people will take your money and run. John and his team did a spectacular repair job and our home once again looks great.
