I will never go back into this store again. I was returning a vacuum head which I purchased the day before, the reason for me returning it was it was much higher than my existing vacuum head, so I couldn’t vacuum my top step as it would suck in air and the suction was gone. As much as I understood that they couldn’t resell this as it was out of its wrapping, it was more the attitude of the manager that got to me, her back was up the minute she saw I had a return product. I don’t need this kind of service as there’s other places where I can spend my hard earned money.
The stupid thing is, for a $30 item, they lost about $300 a year, silly people.
