We ordered dinning table, 8 chairs and buffet + master bed room October 2021. The buffet was damaged from the upper part, no one can miss it. One chair broke while delivery guy carrying it. All chairs have a lot of defects. Service man showed up 2 weeks later and said the buffet and table are damaged, need to be replaced. I called the store manager and she was so defensive and didn’t even say sorry. Saying we are going to replace the items to you, and said”we are taking care of you!!!” I was shocked to see a manger not focusing on her company wrongful action and try to improve it. We are very disappointed!!
