Fantastic customer service as usual - Diagnosed washing machine issue
I was using my 25+ year old washing machine when I got the dreaded "LR" code. I first tried to diagnose it myself but a simple Google search told me that the problem could span a number of different issues.
I quickly gave Joe a call (as he had fixed our 25+ year old dryer about 3 years ago) and made arrangements for him to swing by the next day. Joe was courteous and thorough as usual - taking a very systematic approach in diagnosing the root cause of the problem. In the end, the issue was most likely due to a blockage in the drain pipe as everything cleared up when Joe ran the initial drain cycle.
Joe's attention to detail and expert knowledge in the field is second to none. I would not hesitate to contact him again should I run into any issues with my appliances. Great work Joe.
