Joe The Appliance Guy

I contacted Joe last Thursday night re my dishwasher leaking. He responded immediately online and called me the next morning. He was extremely helpful in that he walked me through turning the water valve leading to the dishwasher off and was able to diagnose the issue immediately after asking me a few questions. We arranged for him to come out on the Monday morning. He was very conscientious, very thorough, took his time and fixed the leak.
I was so impressed that I asked him to take a look at my dryer which had been making a knocking noise for the past while. He knew exactly what was wrong with it. We arranged for him to come back 2 days later. Again he was very thorough, took the entire machine apart, vacuumed the interior and replaced the roller that was causing the noise.
I highly recommend Joe. He proved to be very knowledgeable, very personable and extremely conscientious. An excellent technician!
