I found Dan a few years ago on this very site. I looked at some of the other handymen listed and found that Dan had more reviews than the others (a good sign) and all of them were very positive. That first time, as well as every other time that I've hired him, Dan showed up right on time, did the work beyond my expectation(s), was pleasant and courteous and gave suggestions and recommendations that I perhaps hadn't considered.
What hasn't he done for me? When I sold my last house he built a mantle for, and installed tile in front of, my fireplace. He helped with the laying of our new hardwood floors (we did most of the work but he help with some of the tricky cuts, etc.); installed the quarter-round in record time; leveled out and stabilized my front porch, making it look brand new, and on. I can't say enough about Dan to make you understand how happy I am that I found him. He's a great handyman and a super nice guy as well!
