Terrific interaction with Sales team - very responsive and informative, including delivery of what was originally promised. Some delays in delivery/installation date, due to high volumes at window manufacturer.
Excellent installation team - kept us informed, answered all our questions, great clean-up, and terrific looking final product. Excellent follow-up and resolution on some minor screen issues. Very pleased with the entire process.

This is the second time we hired the Window and Door specialist, this time to install a new front door, some of the windows and a new patio door. The installers did a great job installing everything, no complains (Thanks Tito!). Only two things did not go completely to plan: 1) the handles for some of the windows were of the wrong type from what we had ordered, but Tommy from the office quickly opened a support case with the window manufacturer to get this sorted out and I have been in contact with them to proceed with the replacement (this has not been done yet); and 2) I never realized that the installers would not re-install the alarm sensor when replacing the front door, so had to get this done afterwards (luckily the basement is not finished below the door, so passing the new cable was not an issue). I would hire them again.

This is now the second major job the Window & Door Specialist team has completed for us. The first being a new custom fiberglass door. This job was the complete replacement of 2 windows - brick to brick, and the replacement of 10 large inserts. The experience from dealing with Rob (sales), Stephanie and Tommy (servicing & scheduling) and Tato (instalation) was top notch.

We probably had half a dozen companies provide estimates on this work, and chose Window and Door Specialist because of the very relaxed relationship we established with the former owner (Louis) and the fact that they carried a patio door the others did not at a fair price. The installation was delayed due to the rush of customers trying to beat out the end of Ontario's Green energy subsidies, but it was worth the wait. The installers were tremendous (and very personable). Their craftsmanship was excellent and they did a terrific job in cleaning up the work area when they were finished. We highly recommend this company.

I spoke to Louis who is the owner of the Window and Doors Specialist Company on many occasions re installation of windows and one door for our rental property in Newmarket. He was very professional and very patient with me making suggestions and explaining the product in detail. After receiving quotes from three other companies, Louis gave me the best one. The day of the installation, Tato the installer was prompt and courteous and very professional. At the end of the job, he cleaned up as if nothing took place. He was absolutely amazing! My husband and I were extremely happy and have already recommended them to friends and family.

Great service from Rob La Rosee with excellent quotations and lifetime warranty on the windows. We are in good hands and is look forward to the installation this November. Very happy!

Louis is owner and the contact person of the company, he understood my need and tried to give me the best quote. Actually, before I decided to hire him as contractor, I received 4 quotations, and Louis offered me the best and detail prices breakdown, it made me confident to hire him. On installation date, there have 3 people came and they covered my floor to try the best to avoid messy of my places. I can tell they are experienced. They also clean up the places. Although the provincial rebate program ended, but if you consider replacing windows I highly recommend Louis and his company. They have wide range of choices to fit your need and budget.

I hadn't realized how many steps were involved in getting new windows. From the initial visit, to the quote, booking, removal, install and cleanup it was an excellent and professional experience.
