This customer owns Haier AC unit. We checked and found that unit needed power cord. This part was ordered next day after diagnoses and unfortunately did not come in yet. Part was showing available at Reliable Parts and customer was informed on many occasions on order status. This complaint should be directed to Haier America. We are sorry that customer is not happy with Haier product and parts availability.
