I have been dealing with Torwin for at least 15 years, now on my 3rd house and they always need window upgrades. I never hesitate to recommend them to family or friends and am happy to say that they are also satisfied with Torwin's work.

Number 1 in customer service. In particular with this install, I was constantly pushing off the installation as I was bogged down in many projects and issues. Thanks for the patience and understanding.

I was looking for a supplier of Gemthane Siding and Decking which is a relatively new but excellent product. Gemthane refered me to their distributor Torwin. Torwin delivers service that is very uncommon! They are accessible, responsive, service oriented and reliable. I would have no concerns bying any product from Torwin and I will buy windows from them in future. There is no way they would sell anything but quality. We found Torwin thr internet surfing, after a few emails back and forth, the owner came out and we sign the deal, Great price, great product, The whiole team is just so professional, we love our installer JP, hard working, perfectionist. clean up everyday and work late to meet the timeline, since our install date is very close to x'mas and new year, the installing manager Nick manage to squeeze us in b4 the holiday, and JP did an amazing job thr out our old dated bungalow, Toriwn product give our tired house a total new and modern look, Oh and cant forget to mention their Co-ordinate Staff Cassi, she rocks!!! She is efficient and professional, very easy to work with, our whole windows and doors renewal project is a smooth sailing, if anyone need a reference, without a doubt can contact us for that. also our neighbour keep saying how nice and modern our house look now, my next project will be Torwin for sure without a thought. We are delighted with our new windows from Torwin. They have added tremendously to the outward appearance of our house. The salesman (and owner) was extremely helpful in helping us figure out which windows would best suit our needs. The follow-up from office staff was courteous and professional, making us very comfortable that any potential problems would be promptly addressed. And finally our excellent installation team did a great job meeting the challenges of replacing the windows and frames in an 80-year-old house. Their clean-up at the end of each day was impressive (no small feat in December). The result is lovely - we would definitely recommend Torwin.

We just had new casement windows installed by Torwin. The window quality is excellent and they were delivered even before the estimated date. The installers, Fritz and Mike were very professional and considerate. The windows are beautifully trimmed out and there was absolutely no mess left at the end of each day. We will definitely be coming back to Torwin for future projects on our house. From sales through to job completion, Torwin rates a 10!

Earlier this year, Torwin's technician Fritz replaced 4 windows & one storm enclosure for us. Then in December he also replaced 3 windows for our relative. Both jobs were reasonable in cost, the first was $5170 & the second was $5311. Fritz's skill was phenomenal & we have already recommended Torwin to all our friends & neighbours. Fritz was helpful in explaining everything & witty also. When I asked him if I could watch him work, he replied, "Sure, you can, we will not charge you extra."

We will check Torwin's website often & look forward to calling them again for our next project. We are 100% satisfied. I rate this company first class, 10 out of 10 total rating.

We had used Torwin previously to install a bay window. We were very happy with the job, and so used them again to replace all the windows in our house this November. The windows were ready and installed within the time limit we were given when we got the estimate.

The installers were very careful about taking the old windows out. Except for 2 very tiny spots, there was no damage to the drywal in the home, and we only had to paint the new trim. The installers were very pleasant and helpful, and always cleaned up at the end of the day.

Even my painter was impressed with how neatly the job was done, and he told me he has had some pretty bad experiences in having to fixing walls up when other companies have installed windows.

We also had a new covering put on top of the aluminum over the bay window, so that we would not have to keep painting this area when it chipped. The job was done beautifully.

I have already recommended this company to my family and friends, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
