customer service was good. we got a good deal on the price and delivery was fast and on time. the layout of the store was great and made it very easy to shop for what we needed for our home

The decor is up to date, contemporary, it really fits my style. The customer service is pretty good, I got greeted at the door. I found out about today's event from flapjack and glad that i came.

right when i walked into the store i was welcomed, when i went to another dept she was friendly but not overbearing. you don't get that too often. the products are good quality, if you spend $50 on vase you don't want it to be crappy. and it matches with my decor relally well.

Coming into Urban Barn is always such a delight. The staff are approachable and always friendly- ready to answer any questions that we might have. All of the furniture and the many accents are things I could see in my home, and that could be suitable to many indivuduals personal tastes and interests... as there are pieces that are very modern while others are very traditional. Definitely one of my favorite places to be!

My husband and I have searched for years for furniture that we both liked. When we walked into Urban Barn, we found EVERYTHING we had been looking for. we are now taking our time, putting together the pieces that work for us. Now the challenge has changed from what do you like, to what don't you like. We LOVE so many pieces! The staff is very knowledgable and we love the variety, especially the reclaimed wood. If you haven't checked them out, you should. I am sure you will find things you like.

The staff at Urban Barn are always so helpful and positive. I have never walked out of a location feeling dissatisfied with my service. All of the people who work there go over and beyond to make sure the customer gets what they are looking for even if it means staying late after their closing hours. I have told all of my friends about what a wonderful Company Urban Barn is.

Great table, great service. The first table came damaged, was replaced no problem, no questions asked.

Product is environmentally friendly and we get so many compliments on it.

I bought the cutest plant pot ever here. It was just what i was looking for. They went over and above to make sure it was in perfect condition and they helped me package it so it didn't break in my car!

We were looking for contemporary bar stools of good quality bt at a reasonable price. We searched many furniture stores and found the perfect stools at Urban Barn. The quality is terrific and, the price was reasonable compared to other bar stools we had seen at other retailers. The staff was also very helpful. We would definitely return.

I shopped in both Victoria (new store UPTOWN) and also in Nanaimo Urban Barn.
Always greeted when first walk into either store. Great selection of interesting & some one-of-kind items. Shopped for diverse accessories for new home ranging from coasters/cushions and interesting lamps for great room to side tables and chairs. Found that the staff is willing to check on computer for items not on floor and follow up with phone call at home. Love Urban Barn and will continue to shop there.
