After carrying out a thorough research of renovators in my area I selected Valentini Kitchens based on the comments listed on Homestars; consulting with a family member who had worked for them and by going to see one of their previous projects. I am so elated that I picked Valentini Kitchens to carry out the total renovation of my kitchen and powder room; from start to finish their customer service and quality of workmanship was beyond reproach--they treated me like family and my house like their own. They were extremely detail oriented in their approach; after Piero spoke to me to determine exactly what my needs and wishes were, every aspect of the planning, layout, choice of materials, fixtures etc. was discussed in great detail and put in writing prior to commencement of work. I was always kept up-to-date with what was happening. Anytime I had a question (and I had plenty of them), they were very prompt in answering them and always made sure that I was comfortable with the reply before they proceeded further. I have nothing but compliments and great admiration for the professionalism and work ethic shown by the 'Valentini team' from Piero (thank you for everything especially your understanding and patience with me) to Marty, Frank, Mike, Stella and Stefano and all the other workers behind the scenes. A very special thanks goes to Anthony; the master-mind behind the craftsmanship and installation of my solid oak cabinetry--it is amazing and beyond all my expectations! He truly is an 'Old World Master' whose eye for detail and perfectionism is unbelievable (and I thought I was picky!). I have highly recommended Valentini Kitchens to several of my friends and neighbours who are contemplating renovations; I will definitely use them for my two upcoming bathroom renovations.
