Stay away from this company. I called them about my humidifier that had overflowed. Marco installed a regulator, that he said would solve the issue. I paid him partly in cash and partly by personal cheque. Three weeks later, the unit overflowed again and caused a flood. I texted and called for him to come and take a look. His exact words in his texts were "I don't know maybe replace the whole thing...or porta le humidifier". I don't even know what that means. I then asked him to either come or return my money. No response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Angelo and the team were as good as it gets. Responsive, extremely clean, great advice, and great price compared to other quotes. I can't recommend them enough.

Our AC was down for 3 days and a quick call to Visic Bros, spoke to Angelo and he said it will be a day or two for a technician to arrive. HOWEVER, within an hour, I got a call back and he immediately dispatched Mario to the house to diagnose and repair the defective AC. Within 2 hours, the AC was repaired, a burnt transformer replaced, and the house is back to comfort levels during this July summer heatwave in Toronto.

Needed to replace my old a/c unit. Called Visic and Angelo was very responsive, accommodating me the next day. The quote I was given was very competitive and fair. Angelo was very knowledgeable and came prepared with informative brochures to help us make the right choice for our home. He lined us up for a quick install and we’re very satisfied with the result.

Marko took all the info over the phone did his research came by to take a look and provided a quote with a couple of days from the first contact. He came in took care of everything quickly and efficiently, Very clean and professional. Would highly recommend Visic for any HVAC issues you may have.

Our thermostat wasn’t working since it was reading 68F in July. I called the company that had installed both our AC and furnace. About a week later a service technician came. He didn’t seem to know what to do. He took the thermostat off the wall and went outside. When he come back it was reading 74F. He claimed that he had “reset” the thermostat and that it wasn’t necessary to replace it. A little while after he left it once again was reading 68F. We paid $145 for the service call but got no service and only bad advice. So I called Visic brothers on the recommendation of a friend. Marko called me back within a day and kindly offered to come as soon as possible since it was going to be very hot and humid in the coming days and my elderly mother was living in the house. He came and changed the thermostat and explained things to me. Marko was knowledgeable, efficient, courteous and obviously knew what he was doing. The thermostat is working perfectly. In the future I will call Visic brothers for our hearing and AC issues. I wish I had called them first. Would have saved $145. My mom and I thank you Marko!!

Our 24 year old furnace broke down in the middle of a cold spell in winter. Marco came promptly and was able to get it going again by using a used part so we could get through the rest of the winter. At the end of May 2019 we had a new Lennox furnace and air conditioner installed. The job was completed very efficiently in two days. When they were finished everything was nicely cleaned up.
We were very satisfied with the work they did and would highly recommend them.

Our Company islocated close totheirs just down the street so I thoufght I'd give them a call to keep the business in the "HooD" so to say.

Mario showed up right away , got on the Roof and showed me the different parts of the unit and explained what they did... then disconnected and cleared some tubes and repaired the clog.

These guys removed my old oil fired boiler and installed a new high efficiency furnace for a very reasonable cost.
My home is much more efficient and comfortable now.
