I bought a groupon special for Weedman's lawn fertilizing and weeding services. I've called 4 times so far and the call center says someone will call me back soon but no one ever does. After the 4th time, someone did call me back and all he did was try to upsell me to another service. When I asked when the person would come do the service I paid for, he couldn't give me an answer and just said someone will call you back in 2-3 weeks. what kind of way is this to run a business? It's ridiculous! They are not interested in doing the work, only in upselling you to more services. Terrible customer service!
