Weed Man Surrey

Purchased a groupon for weed control and fertilizer. When I called to book the service I had paid for... received pressure to upgrade to annual service for unlimited weed control and moss control + 4 fertilizer treatments. Of course you had to pay up front. Sounded like a good deal. However I have not seen them once despite repeated phone calls. They promise to come but never show up. This is a complete rip off.

Regular visits during contract, yet more conscious about speed lacking attention to detail: i.e. when weed wacking and using the blower; often carport and sidewalks were covered in grass trimmings.

They will not stop calling. We've asked them. We've told them. We've called them, we've emailed them. They continue to call. I've informed them that each time they call, beginning today, I will blog, email, tweet, etc absolutely every person I know to tell them about how obnoxious this is. This is the first time I've ever had to do this. I will never use weed man again and I am quite certain most of the people I can contact about this will never use them either. Weed man - As I told you on your website....When you stop, I'll stop.

The service was ok, lawn looks good. Pushy with high pressure sales. A lot of calls about providing future services. Wish they would stop the calls as this it what will make me be less interested in using their services.

I am extremely disappointed in the Weedman's customer service, product, and technicians.
Probably the most annoying aspect of their company is how much they call, and you can't call block their number because the call from all sorts of different numbers. They call morning, afternoon, and night when my babies are trying to sleep. We asked many times for them to stop calling but they continued to call. After months of daily phone calls they have finally stopped.
Their product doesn't seem to do too much and in fact they burnt our lawn with their fertilizer and 2 months later there are still burnt patches.
Their "application" process is a joke. They claim that their fertilizer spreads 5-6 ft, but that still doesn't justify a "technician" parking at the top off my driveway for 2 min, running down my front lawn once, my back lawn once, and then leaving an invoice for $55.00 in my mailbox.
I would never use the weedman services again even if they paid me.
I sure wish I would have read this forum before giving in to their harassment to use their services.

Hired weed man to control the weeds. There are more weeds now and the grass is been damaged.
Phoned the company to cancel and they said I would still have to invoice for work not completed. I do not plan on paying invoice. I also Googled the weed man complaints and see the company profile....so many complaints and trying to up sell you their products.

We found their work to be sloppy, their products ineffective and unevenly applied and burnt patches were left on our lawn. Some of our plants were also killed by their application of moss killer.

Their customer service representatives are rude, they do not respond to complaints, and continue to phone after you have told them you no longer wish to deal with them.

They arrived without being asked and tried to charge us for this. We were incorrectly told our lawn had chafer beetles and the company tried to sell us expensive remedies for this.

Their 'service' was a complete waste of time and money and we found them very obnoxious to deal with. Neighbours also had the same experience with them and have consequently all canceled their services.

We hired The Weed Man on an annual contract and once it was over they won't stop calling and trying to renew. The lawn looked good but its their pushiness for extra product and fertilizer etc that was annoying.

Feed and weed entire lawn 7 times per year. Very happy with service. I always get a call from them before they come. I appreciate it.
