Dealt with weed-a-way on the gaden topsoil - ordered 3 bags, had a minor issue which I cannot say was from the product, user error or coincidence.
I contacted Weedaway and received a call back within 24 hours from customer service as well as from Kevin 48 hours later to ensure that everything had been resolved and to make an appointment with me to check it out in person.
He came by checked it out this morning and has offered advice on how best to fix my lawn by myself (it had been badly neglected by the previous owners for several years so wasn't in great shape to begin with) as well as assistance in resolving it if I'm not able to do it myself (Note: not an upsell - as I was told how to do it myself first)

Regarding some of the previous posts about Kevin being intimidating or staff being rude, I have not found this to be the case at all. Both with the person I spoke to on the phone and with Kevin, I have had nothing but satisfactory, friendly and professional conversations both on the phone and in person.
I have to respect a company where the owner not only takes a personal interest in issues (no matter how minor) but also in resolving them.

Needed topsoil this year, one neighbour recommended the black garden soil bags. A different neighbour recommended a different place. Took the recommendation of the first neighbour and ordered 1 bag off the truck as his was being delivered then a couple of weeks later 2 more. He and I have an issue with clover this year (from where the my first delivery was spread - but not from the second delivery) - while the second neighbour doesn't. Was talking to a third neighbour who also used the GSB's and he has the same clover issue.
Can't say for sure, but it sure seems coincidental that the three people on my corner who used this product all have excess clover.

When I ordered, I paid over the phone - gave permission to take the full payment from my credit card. weed-a-way screwed this up and underbilled me by $30 - I never noticed the difference and assumed that they billed the right amount. Now they are charging me 18% (even though their statement shows 1.5%) interest on THEIR error.
They have my phone number correctly on the statement, but never once tried to call me to let me know - nor did they correct the mistake (which they had the ability to cancel and correct the charge for the correct amount)

In short - The product (most likely) contained clover seed which has now taken over my grass and I will now have to have the soil turned and reseeded next year to get rid of. Probably will cost me another $500 to fix.
Plus, customer service is non-existent. They made a mistake - won't own up to it, never bothered to call me to correct their error and is now attempting to penalize me for it.

I will not be using this company for any services going forward - and will be recommending the same to others. I will be sending them a cheque for the balance (minus their interest).

Update Aug 29 - Weed-a-way did acknowledge their error and cancelled and resubmitted against my credit card after I contacted them - I'm just waiting to see if they decided to charge me 18% interest on their error or not.
