I had a mix of very old Hunter Douglas Silhouette shades and some newer wooden blinds that needed cleaning and repairing. The Silhouettes were very dirty, full of dust, hair, dead spiders and flies from seasons past. As well they were puckered in some places from being pulled back to peek outside.

Avery came to the house to give me a quote. He was very prompt and gave me a reasonable quote. Because the Silhouettes were so dirty he took them all offsite to be cleaned and fixed. He removed them carefully with his own tools. When he returned and installed them again, I was AMAZED at how clean and fresh they looked and smelled. They looked like NEW!!! I was so impressed with the services.

We hired Avery to do the carpets at my elderly in-laws home. The carpeting was horribly dirty and stained as it is very old. Avery told us at the outset that he would do the best he could but that some discolouration would persist. Nevertheless, the results exceeded our expectations! The mechanism on our older blind broke. After the initial visit the part was ordered from H-D twice and twice they sent the wrong part (because our blind is old). Avery's team sourced the part locally and reinstalled my blind in a 10 minute visit. The work was not covered by warantee and the cost for the work with three visits because of the wrong part was more than fair. I wish everyone was as knowledgeable, professional and caring about what they do.

We were so impressed with Avery at Yorkville Carpet Care Company. He was punctual, reliable, courteous and thorough. The pricing is excellent and the workmanship exceptional all done in a timely manner. Our area rugs have been rejuvenated to their original glorious colours--and the wall-to-wall broadloom and stairs came out great as well. Two large sofas were also cleaned which was a first for us and we're glad we had that done as well. We were amazed at how pristine all the equipment was and the pride taken in the work. They were prompt, polite, and totally thorough, did a great job cleaning our white carpet at a fraction of the price another cleaner quoted for off-site cleaning. Would recommend 100%.

Very impressed with the service received. I put through a request on the weekend after my son threw up on our couch (yuck). I received a call from Avery very shortly after and was able to have the couch cleaned that afternoon. Overall very pleased with how the couch turned out and how quickly it was done.

Need carpet cleaning on stairs and in some rooms.
Some spots on the stairs were not removed for years.
I took several quotes, compared technology, and work conditions. Avery gave reasonable price and time table. Two guys appear on time and cleaned carpets. All was done with special machinery with minimum wet products. All cleaning machines wasinside the house. No open doors or power wash spray on the carpet. No shampooing. They managed clean stairs and made a good job on carpets. Highly recommend for speed and accuracy. Below pictures before and after.
