We've been using Yorkville Carpet Care for over 17 years for all our carpets, area rugs and upholstered furniture. The quality of their work is first rate, having miraculously removed everything from red wine, grease and pet stains from our carpets and furniture over the years. Avery and his team are professional, prompt, reliable, courteous and friendly. Truly a pleasure to deal with. Most highly recommended!

This is the third time I have used Yorkville Carpet Care...twice for my home and once for my office. The crews were always prompt, professional and courteous (making sure whatever they were doing was not inconvenient to me). The quality was great and, in the one or two cases where the stains didn't come out perfectly, they kept coming back at no charge to 'get it right'. I highly recommend Yorkville Carpet Care.

I have been using the services of Yorkville Carpet Care for the last 2 years, after a friend raved about her happy, long standing relationship with them. I too have be highly satisfied with YCC for many reasons. Not only do they do a great job of general carpet and upholstery maintenance, their ability to get permanent marker and pink nail polish completely out of my carpet, with environmentally friendly products was truly amazing! They don't over promise, but I have always be very happy with the results. Avery and his staff are also friendly, helpful and accommodating. With a 3 young girls, there is a propensity for mishaps...I've now their number memorized!

I'm amazed: they were able to get an impossibly stubborn pet stain out of my area rug. Also did great job of getting old stains out of my wall to wall carpeting. Great, reliable service. A pleasure to deal wtih.

I arrived home at 9pm on a holiday Monday to a basement with 3" of water-totally flooded!! I called Avery Karney of Yorkville Carpet Care and he responded immediately and arrived at my home within 30 minutes. WOW. Since my business is in my basement I was concerned that not only would I be out of work for the week but I would have to replace the carpet in the entire basement. With his quick response time he was able to save my carpet and prevent me from incurring the cost of re placing it. As well, he was at my home daily to move the fans around and making sure that every area was dry and going according to plan. To finish off his staff cleaned the carpet. You wouldn't know that there was a problem.

the service I received was beyond satisfactory. I called and was immediately responded to. The care was meticulous. Once the service was completed a follow up call was made to make sure the job was done and if there was a need to return. I would highly recommend Yorkville and will not use any other carpet care company.

My first Home Star experience was excellent. Avery came when he said he would. It took as long as he said, there was little noise and it was dry in 2 hours. The broadloom looks brand new. He has a permanent spot on my facilities management list.

We have been using Yorkville Carpet Care for years. Last night our dog had a substantial accident on our antique rug (of course she chose that one). Despite our best efforts to clean up the mess a sizeable stain remained this morning.
