Michael came promptly and fixed our problem. We had had another plumber to try an fix a problem with our Aqua Brass Shower. We had very little pressure and the tempurature could not be adjusted. I called Aqua Brass and they recommended Michael of Aviv Plumbing. They also recommended the parts that would be needed. When I got the parts Michael was able to determine the problem and fix it. He is the best.

We recently had our two outside taps and the inside shutoff valves replaced. The job turned out to be much more difficult than was apparent from the photos that I sent in for the initial quote, but Mike and I were able to easily agree on a mutually satisfactory price. Our plumber, Simi, did a great job. He worked very carefully and explained everything as he worked. Two walls had to be opened up, and he gave me a lot of good tips on patching them up and winterizing the taps. I will definitely contact Aviv for my next plumbing job.

I needed a repair to a 'leaky' toilet. Mike was quick to reply and super helpful with an estimate based off of a photo. My appointment was booked promptly and when Andriy arrived he was very professional, polite, fast and efficient. Mike responded quickly, went above and beyond to share info about what I needed and was confident in the steps to fix the problem. Within a day he was onsite and fixed the issue. Lovely experience and I would absolutely hire him again.

I recently installed a toilet, but I wasn't sure if the wax ring would be sufficient, as I didn't want to cause any water damage. There was a rubber ring in the bottom of the "bowl" where the toilet sits, which Mike explained was put in by builders (they don't use a wax ring). He said this should be thrown out and then the new wax ring forms the water-tight seal. I really appreciated Mike's honesty and advice, as he could have charged me to come out to install a new wax ring. While I didn't use him this time, I have two more toilets, which I plan to have him install. There was no charge for his help. Thanks.

Poor water pressure in shower, European shower hardware, part supplier recommended, came on time, knew what they were doing, did a fantastic job, the water pressure has never been better and temperature perfectly adjusted.

Also replaced an older Moen shower faucet, did a great job.

Had trouble with a brand new shower. Even our contractor could resolve. Aviv plumbing saved us from what could have been very costly exploration. Calm, friendly and VERY knowledgeable technician came right away and helped resolved the issue. I am so grateful!! I will ALWAYS call Michael and his amazing crew when ever I have a plumbing need.

Aviv's team did an excellent job replacing 2 of our toilets and several faucets that were old and/or faulty. Andriy and Alice (the apprentice) arrived right on time with the new toilets and all the work was executed flawlessly. I highly recommend Aviv plumbing, we have used them for years and never had any issue.
