Downtown Toronto Appliance Repair's website may have been spartan, but it's not the website but the service that counts. They asked a few questions over the phone to get an understanding for the issue and brought a part for the issue they thought it was. They were dead on and instead of coming by, appraising the situation, going back to get a part and coming back to install it, the whole repair took less than 15 minutes. They were also quite accomodating and were able to show up over the weekend at an early time. I'd definitely recommend this company for Frigidaire repair.

Very happy with the service from Downtown Toronto Appliance Repair. He showed up on time and was very pleasant to deal with. Diagnosed our problem quickly. He was unable to complete the job on the first visit this afternoon but he came back this evening to complete because he noticed that we have little kids and he said he didn't want us to be without a fridge for any longer than necessary. I will denfiitely use them in the future and would not hesitate to recommend to friends.

Richard was here within hours of calling and was able to repair rather than replace a non-responsive pump for a machine that wouldn't drain. He charged only for the service call, offered some unsolicited advice on the longevity of the machine, and was completely courteous.

Richard knew exactly what was wrong with our fridge and repaired it quickly. The fee was only $67 for the entire job. Whirlpool was going to charge $80 for the first 15 minutes, and then $60 for every fifteen minutes after that! Other repair companies also quoted us higher fees. Richard's business dealings are completely professional and his fees are fair.
