On a Saturday morning we woke up to a house with no heat. Never a great situation and even less so when you have a 7mth old baby to keep warm. Earlier in the week Peter from ThermTech, along with several other competitors came by to qoute on a new boiler. We were impressed with Peter's professionalism, competance, enthusiasm, and the time he took to educate us on all important aspects of replacing a boiler. On that Saturday morning, unsure if out boiler had died for good, or if there was perhaps a quick fix availble, I called Peter for help. Within 30-mins he was at our house, and 10-mins after that, and a through inspection of the boiler, it turned out that it was just the pilot light that had gone out, however, the boiler did have some cracks in the casing that was leakng carbon dioxide into the house, and he informed us that by law he had to be shut it down. First things Sunday morning, Peter, Steve, and Jay showed up and installed the boiler. They were meticulous in protecting our floors and carpets from dirt and wear, they were exceptionally professional and courteous, worked hard, and had an obvious passion for their craft. Before leaving they walked us through all the new piping and associated plumbing, making sure we understood exactly what they had done and why. We will use ThermTech for all of our future heating needs, and have strongly reccomned them to all of our friends.
