Installation of a combination boiler/tankless hot water heater
When we were in need of a new boiler/tankless hot water heater, we looked to several companies for quotes and to discuss the various options available. Included in our discussions was Paul from Ductless.ca. Paul was very honest when presenting the pros/cons of tankless systems, outlining the benefits and what we should expect.
Overall, we decided to move forward and have Paul and his team install the unit (all the while removing our old 30 year old system). Paul and his staff were courteous and professional. They installed the system properly and we have been very satisfied ever since. The entire process (not to mention the price) was a pleasure and we will definitely be using Ductless.ca in the future.
