My friend and I had been dealing with Mo's services for a few months now because he is an expert in his field. I would recommend his services to my friends and family.

PC working glacially slow

My father's computer was painfully slow and he had already started to talk of replacing it with a new model. I called Mo who had been recommended by a neighbour. Within less than a week, Mo had the computer running efficiently. Along with other minor problems, Mo discovered that the computer was lacking in memory and managed to find a memory stick to match this dated computer. My Dad is thrilled with how quickly he can work. I was thrilled with how helpful and resourceful Mo was. His rates are reasonable and his service impeccable!

Computer Support

My computer started to slow down. I had the neighborhood kid over, who just made things worse. A friend recommended that I called Mo. Mo quickly discovered the cause of my computer woes. Before he started, he took the time to explain the problem and how much it would cost me to get my computer up and running again, which he then quickly and cost-effectively fixed. I would highly recommend Mo, as his knowledgeable and friendly manner made a would-be stressful experience more tolerable.

Laptop repair

After many years of clutz-free computing, I managed to drop my 17" Apple Powerbook twice in one week, cracking the screen and damaging my wireless connection. Estimates from Apple went well over $1,000, which just didn't make sense given the cost of new computers.

MO managed to get me a replacement screen at a fraction of the cost, installed it, and fixed my wireless connection (which turned out to be a couple of loose wires) at the same visit to my place.

My computer is back online, feeling fine - and at a fraction of the cost. It took a little bit of back and forth to confirm an appointment, but otherwise everything was flawless.

$350.00
