We worked with Rolltec to develop a custom awning to go above our deck. The team was incredible, starting from the initial contact. We received a call during which many options that could work for us were shared. That call was followed by an email with a clear recommendation based on expertise and understanding of our brief. The recommendation included the structural mechanism, options for casing and material options.

What made the experience even more amazing was the technical team that showed up to install the awning. Super professional clean and fun to talk to. They did a great job installing the awning, and were particular in how the cabling for the motor was concealed for aesthetics.

And the best thing is that Rolltec is Canadian made.

We are extremely pleased with the quality of the awning we purchased. The estimator provided a full description on the scope of work and based on our selection of features and fabric, he was able to put it all together and the end product is just perfect for our needs.

An extra thanks to the installers for their professionalism and expertise, the installation went well without any glitches. Unfortunately we had a bit of a downpour for about 45 minutes, but they waited patiently and resumed with the installation soon after it stopped raining. They provided a tutorial on how to operate the system.

We ae very pleased with the entire process from start to finish.

This is the second time I have had an awning from Rolltec but in a different place. I now have two awnings on different sides of my house. The old awning is still perfectly fine and the new one I am so happy with. The installation was done and explained to me and all is secure and clean up done as well. I am very happy.

We had sales reps from 2 leading companies come to measure, recommend and quote, and decided to go with Rolltec and went to their Vaughan showroom to finalize design, colours and sizing. 14 weeks later installation has gone perfectly and the new awning over our entire back patio is awesome. Now we just need to order the shade side panel to provide complete shade when the sun is low in the sky.

Back of house faces south side and gets very hot in the summer. Trees would not grow in the poor soil. We got a 12x10 retractable awning to cover the kitchen window and the sliding door. Now the house stays cool while I can keep our curtains and windows open. Plus, I can sit and enjoy our patio.

We had Rolltec place an awning over a deck in our previous home. It was installed the year we moved in and 12 years later it still looked and worked as well as when new. When we moved into our new home we, again, wanted an awning over the deck. We went right back to Rolltec and are very happy again. The new awning looks great. From the initial contact to get a price through to installation everyone was courteous, professional and a pleasure to deal with. I don't anticipate needing another awning for some time but, if that time comes, we will certainly be contacting Rolltec.

The ease of this purchase was amazing. On a visit to the showroom, Nick provided indepth knowledge of the product. I picked out a material, but based on the pictures of our house Nick recommended a different material, with an explanation on why it would be a better choice. We took Nick's advice, and the awning looks fantastic. The installers (sorry didn't catch their names) were exceptional, friendly, knowledgeable. they took care of all packaging. Great Guys.

We had an electric awning installed over our living room sliding doors approx 7 years ago. It has worked great ever since. Decided to have one installed over the kitchen sliding doors. Again the work was impeccable. The gentlemen that installed it were great. They even took down the old Cdn Tire torn one that was there. This company is great to work with, and I must thank Helen for all your assistance for finding the same material as the one you installed 7 years ago .

Terrific team from sales to installation. The timeframe from order to install was 10 weeks. Rose kept us informed on the day and time of the install. On installation day - I must say that Oscar and His assistant helped make the install process effortless for us. They came on time. Every step of the process was explained before the task was done. They left the backyard clean and tidy. Wow!
