Worst job ever, rock pops every were and part of warranty after 4 fixes they refused to fix them anymore. They do not lice uo to the warrant and the sales rep tell you 2nd coat is covered and it is not.... do not use pattern concrete it only looks good for 1 year..

I just have time to write a review for my favor company, especially i am dealing with a frustrated renovation company now, so I recall that I should write a review to let everyone know how the company's professional, organized, and completed job on time. as well as very good customer service even after years of your projects.
this is my 2nd project with the company, first time is my front door, this time is my pool deck, all process is very very organized, you receive the emails and the worker just come at the date they inform you unless weather issue. all staff from the owner to worker, everyone is so friendly and make you happy. solve and respond your concern "immediately " . most important is the quality is five star.
but one thing you need to know, once you has the experience with the company, then many companies may not be satisfied you , because i always compare new company to them..

Patterned Concrete was very clear on timing of each stage of the project. Called in advance to confirm we were aware of the Team showing up each day and several visits done right thru the project to check the quality of the work and that we were happy. Very happy with this investment and would recommend the company to anyone looking to do a stamped concrete.

Connie & her team were all in all - amazing from start to end. A few minor hiccups here & there.... but she always made sure all issues were addressed in a timely manner. I am more than thrilled with the results; Patterned Concrete has transformed my new place into the House of My Dreams.

After getting several quotes for our backyard patio ultimately went with Patterned Concrete for a few reasons: 1) they were able to schedule us in much quicker than other companies due to the size of their company; 2) they had a huge selection of patterns and colours to offer and 3) they seem to be the only company to offer a matte/non slip finish. This last point was critical for us with kids as so many people warned us about the slippery nature of stamped concrete. They are priced a bit higher than other companies but we felt the items above (plus longer warranty) compensated for this.

Customer service was excellent from start to finish. So many contractors lack in communication or are slow to respond to questions/calls but Patterned Concrete was always quick to reply to our questions/concerns and made for a very smooth process.

If we had to make one suggestion, there are a few elements in our design that were not made clear to us (e.g. the height and how it would be finished around our basement window) which we would have changed had they been more clearly explained to us during construction. Somewhat our fault for not asking more questions but had we understood some of the details better it would have allowed us to change our design from a 9/10 to 10/10. Would definitely recommend them though and if you have kids or are worried about slippery stamped concrete this is definitely your best option for a great look that is practical too!

Every step along the way that if one task took X days to dry, settle, etc. then at the end of day X we'd get a text message letting us know a crew would arrive the next day for the next step. Impressed our neighbours too.

Their professional approach was evident when they'd send a small crew for things like power washing, BUT send a big crew for forming and pouring.

Safety was great too. Careful work during a pandemic AND careful work with heavy equipment while lots of curious kids were learning at home.
