Exteriors By Design

We hired Exteriors by Design to do a total landscape project in our front AND back yard. This included new sod, new interlock, new deck and new asphalt in driveway. This company has a great project management team. The projects were planned, set-up and executed perfectly. When there was some trouble with one of their contractors screwing up a previous contractor's work, they remedied it quickly. Would definitely recommend!

We are returning customers and have had two exceptional experiences with this company. Recently we had a deck installed. Not only does it look great it's well constructed. The crew was very professional and certainly know how to build a deck. We also had an interlock entrance way installed a few years ago. The sales staff were great at assisting with the design plan After five years it's still looks great with no defects. We would recommend this company for decking and interlocking brick work.

This is a despicable company that uses the bait and switch approach. They over charge and do not honour their warranties. We paid for sq. footage that we did not receive and were not reimbursed. The pool decking is not properly sloped. Exteriors replaced the windows with inferior poorly installed windows that leak.

Excellent service, Quality work, surpassed my expectations. Answered all my questions with full details. No hidden costs and extremely friendly. Followed up to make sure that I was still completely satisfied with the work. Top Notch

They showed up 3 days late because something broke down, They ruined our driveway y parking a vehicle that leaked oil. The stone work on the side of the house wasnt done properly they had to re-do it. the steps have fallen apart 3 times, the anister has also fallen off 3 times, the back yard now floods. they said it was normal the products are going to get chiped and scrated while shipping. On a plus side The lady in the office is great and has worked with us to solve problems, but it has now been over a year and the job still isnt finished. To top it all off our sales guy disappeared.

We got together with all our neighbours to have our fencing done through Exteriors by Design (so no one would have a mixed match fence). Deadlines were far from being met. The contractors working would leave there garbage all over everyone yards (including beer bottles). They didn't work for very long in one day, even when being behind schedule. They brought their microwave and hooked it to someone's house. They used peoples property (and damaged some of it) without their permission. They were found smocking pot between two houses. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.
