Terry shared his superior experience when helping us select a new gas fireplace insert that not only fit technical requirements but also the design of our home. The Kingston Road showroom was so well equipped with high quality products and we were able to see the actual Valor G3.5 model that we selected at work. The availability and installation scheduling accommodated our needs. Our installers, Kyle and Connor, arrived on time, were highly experienced and personable, and completed the installation efficiently. They demonstrated such care when working in our home and took time to explain the installation steps and provide a clear demonstration of the setup and use of the new fireplace. Thanks to all of the Classic Fireplace team for an amazing service experience. We purchased a G3 Classic Valor fireplace. From the awesome in-store service we received from "Miriam" to the EXCELLENT Professional customer service from "Karen". We are so overwhelmed and pleased with our new fireplace. Nicole (Accounting) always quick to respond to any of my requests. Kyle and Connor were also VERY professional with the installation , quick and clean to remove our Cast Iron insert. Not to mention how patient they were with me while explaining how the fireplace worked with the remote. Karen is always quick to respond to any of my questions and always answered them in a timely manor. Which is very much appreciated. I would HIGHLY recommend this store and location to ANYONE. WONDERFUL experience 10 out of 10 !!!

We purchased a new natural gas Napoleon BBQ from the Beaches store and it was delivered today. The BBQ is amazing, and the entire purchase experience was top notch. Great advice on the purchase and John and Kyle, who delivered and installed the unit were great, efficient, friendly and helpful, hooking everything up and showing me how to use and service the BBQ. Highly recommended!

Just had our Valor gas fireplace insert installed today. Our salesperson, Terry, was fantastic in helping us choose the right model. Kyle and Conner did an awesome job installing it and explaining how to use the remote. We are totally pleased with our purchase and the fantastic service in sales and installation. From the moment I contacted Classic Fireplace, the service was nothing more than incredible. From a simple phone call, Babz knew exactly what our family was looking for in terms of removing the wood burning fireplace in our upstairs family room and installing a new gas one. I was reassured that they did jobs like this all the time. (I had been told by other companies it was too complicated.) Josh, the owner, came the following week and spent time clearly explaining the job, and telling us exactly what would be done in terms of gas line installation and what fireplace would best fit our needs.
We set up a date for installation, and Babz was kind enough to get in touch with us when there was an opportunity to have an earlier date when it became available. The installers came early in the morning and worked tirelessly throughout the day. They were so friendly and polite, and they answered every question and explained everything they were doing. I remember Stephen's name but forget the name of the other installer, but they were both just great! The area was left spotless, and the new fireplace is a great start to our family room renovation. I cannot say enough about the team at Classic Fireplace! Their communication was top notch. Throughout the entire process, they always responded in a timely manner, whether by text, email or phone. No question or concern was ever dismissed. There was a time when they even replied to an after hours call. I am so happy that I found this company, and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for people with a deep knowledge of their products, great workmanship, and incredible customer service. We had a problem with our Montigo D34DV fireplace (burner would shut off after a few minutes) and called Karen to request service. Travis arrived as scheduled and was quick to diagnose the problem (defective thermopile). Despite working on a rather difficult model, Travis replaced the defective part in an efficient and friendly manner. I wish to give a big shout out to Travis and the folks at Classic Fireplace. It is reassuring to still find a company that provides good honest service at a great price. Bravo!

Our gas’s fireplace of 30 years finally stopped working in December. We had Terry from Classic Fireplace in Ajax come out and give us a quote on a new one. From the moment Terry came in to our home he was professional, friendly and most of all really knew his products. Since we were already dealing with an existing gas fireplace as well as surrounding marble and mantle, we were very concerned with not requiring a multitude of costly changes. As soon as Terry did the measurements he gave us his opinion of which fireplace would fit in perfectly. He assured us this particular model would not require any tiling or carpentry. We did our due diligence and had 2 more quotes but were left with many more questions and uncertainties. The others told us they would need to do follow up tiling and possibly drywalling. We called Terry and he came back out to the house and alleviated any concerns the other companies gave us. The day of installation Kyle and Connor arrived earlier than the expected mid day time, which was awesome! They were very professional, courteous and friendly. They worked extremely well together anticipating the next persons needs. They gave us detailed instructions on how to use it and their clean up was impeccable. They were in and out much faster than expected and most of all the fireplace Terry suggested fit as though it was meant to be there from the start!! Our family is exceptionally pleased and enjoying the comfort and warmth the fireplace brings.

Adam made our vision a reality. Adam and Braden were professional, left every day leaving the place clean and tidy, were friendly and their craftsmanship is outstanding.

We couldn’t be happier with our new fireplace with built in shelves. It has completely transformed the room.

I had my old gas fireplace removed and put in a wood burning fireplace. the space to do this was limited but Karen at Classic Fireplaces found the perfect fireplace for me
the workmen came on time and were very neat It was done properly and got the approval of the bylaw officer for Oshawa
the contractor referred to me to do the finishes was just excellent
I am enjoying my fireplace very much and know it was done properly and in compliance with the City of Oshawa bylaws
