We woke up to no hot water - phoned ARPIS. Rose was very responsive and resourceful in getting us a technician within hours that same day.
Roger arrived at the appointed time and proved to be very capable, personable and dedicated to giving us the very best service.
He believed the WH to be J repairable but took the time to investigate whether it was still under warranty ( even though ARPIS was not the original installer.
Good news indeed , the WH was under warranty for another 6 months !
This experience convinced us once again that ARPIS is the very best option for quality service from top notch people like Rose & Roger !
