Coleman Heating & Air Conditioning

I had a water heater installed by a company whose name starts with Ro.. and had endless problems with is, particularly the electronic gas control unit. It was forever not turning on and that company never did anything to help. The best they came up with was that we had the temperature set too high. Finally one day it stopped working altogether and we called in Coleman Heating of Maple Ridge. They were prompt and informative in diagnosing the problem, and went out of their way to go find a local replacement part for the unit (and this was on a Saturday morning). Very happy with the service and would highly recommend them.

Very happy with Coleman Heating starting from estimate to install. On day of install they brought in a big crew to do the job. It was impressive watching them as they operated like a well run machine. They were all very professional and friendly. We were very happy with the product, workmanship and price. I don't write reviews for home service often. Usually only when I'm very happy or very upset. In the case of Coleman Heating I am very happy.

I've called Coleman Heating about 3-4 times when my furnace was giving me trouble. Each time they've come quickly, completed the work quickly and most importantly they've taken the time to explain and show me what went wrong (usually a broken part). The cost is reasonable and I'll definitely use them again.

BONUS POINTS: for coming during the cold Christmas season. I don't think Santa would have been able to visit our house if Coleman Heating hadn't come in the Nick of time.

I was very pleased with this company my furnace had crapped out on me and they were able to replace without me having to wait 3-5 buisseness days like others I had called. Plus my hot water tank had a buldge so had to replace and they had a deal going on so I didn't have to pay extra for it : ). Very satisfied with Coleman will recomend to everyone I know.

When our furnace quit running, I searched the Homestars website for all the reviews on furnace repairs and chose Coleman. As it was late in the evening, I located their website and there was a place to fill out contact information along with a description of the problem. The next morning before 9 am, I received a call from Jeff who scheduled a repair for the same afternoon. Brian arrived promptly and after examining my furnace, was able to locate the problem and even had a part to fix this 20+ year old furnace. It was good to have the heat back and the price was very reasonable considering I should have been buying a new furnace. Thank you, Brian! I will call Coleman Heating when I am going to buy a new one, hopefully in the next year.

The cost of the air conditioner was very reasonable. The consultant Dave Holleran was very punctual and explained everything that was going to be done regarding the installation of the unit. The installers were very professional and left the job site very clean.

From the time we contacted Coleman for an estimate till installation they were extremely professional and on time. The price was as quoted no hidden fees. I would recommend this company for any work going forward. When our furnace needs to be replaced this is the company I will go with.

We've used Coleman Heating for over 9 years. Our unit performed well until last weekend on a Friday afternoon. We called Coleman after hours and left a message. Saturday morning the technician identified the problem, had the right parts and our unit was up a running immediately. Maintenance service calls are always satisfactory.
