It was a simple yearly maintenance, but I was very pleased with the service. They were on time, explained what they were doing. I thought I needed a new flame sensor, but they explained why that was not required, and what tests they ran to confirm that.
I was also really impressed when I booked the service. I phoned the number listed in Homestars, but it went through to someone in the field (owner or technician, I wasn't sure). I found the right number later, but I was impressed when the person in the field took the time to call me back and make sure I got through to the right people. Very courteous.
