I got my garage rebuilt in October and wanted to wait a few months to write a review! First off, working with Jason on this project was nothing but professional, prompt and friendly. The ease with contacting him and getting a response was fantastic and he made it very easy to make decisions on a project that I initially had no exact specifications for. He explained every step very clearly and it was obvious from the get-go and throughout that he wanted the best price with the best product for me. Overall, the experience was great!
We're very pleased with the garage itself. It's nothing fancy, but it's exactly what we were wanting - an upgrade from our 50 year old garage! Being in a cold city, there has been a few instances where the man-door had issues with opening and closing during extreme weather changes but Jason has always responded quickly. He's always come out within 24 hours to make adjustments as needed so we're really happy with the post-build customer service!
