Ultra Lite Doors

I am very glad I worked with this company! Love my door!! The installation went fast, very professional and we got all needed advice form these guys regarding door care and warranty. Definitely would recommend them to my friends.

Ultra Lite Doors has been an exceptional company to deal with. They walked us through their facility to get an idea of how their doors are made and were very helpful in choosing the type of door we wanted. Installation was quick and easy, with them taking away our old door etc. Thank you to our salesperson Dwayne, for all his expertise! We have had many people comment on how great our door looks on our house!

They were quite difficult to organize a date for installation, probably because they are so busy, but they installed the new garage door quickly and efficiently and it works perfectly every time, I couldn't ask for more. It has really made a feature of the front of our house. Thank you.

We purchased a set of two overhead doors from Ultra-Lite
Doors for our automotive repair shop. We are very satisfied with the product. The staff was very knowledgable, they delivered the product on time, and the price was very compatible. The doors are being used at least 10 times a day, and we neve had any problems.

The spring/cables on my garage door were messed and it was stuck. I spoke to Clint, the service sales guy and he was immensely helpful. The service man, Tyler, was ON TIME and proficient. He was in and out in an hour and I am so happy my garage door opens and shuts again. He replaced my weather stripping and put in 4 inch rubber, to be sure it would seal.

Ultra Lite Doors has a wonderful on-line site where you can up-load a picture of the front of your home and try out different styles and colors of garage doors to choose the one with the look you want. We chose a carriage house style to go with the 'western look' we wanted for our home and are thrilled with how it looks. Our saless rep Terry Hanson was also very knowlegeable and helpful which made the whole buying experience very pleasant.

I made arrangements with the service manager for the colour and size of the weatherstripping (its an oversize door) and he assured me that the tech would have that information for the service call.

The tech arrived, and kept talking about "balancing the door", (it was fine) and told me that he had neither the colour or size of the weatherstripping I requested. Called the service manager who was on the phone with the tech and apparently the tech never read the email attached to the work order. Got a very bad vibe from the experience and have left a request for the confirmation that my Visa will not be charged for the service call.

This company was recommended by two friends who used them recently. Ordering the door was a breeze and installation was done within 2 weeks. There seems to a be problem with the top panel fitting properly and they have come out to investigate which will be fixed early next week. Seems very promising in all.

Ultra-Lite Overhead Doors provided us a high quality product at a very competitive price. The installer was on time, completed the work in a timely fashion, cleaned up the job site. We have been using the new door for just under a year, problem free.

Ultra-Light doors was contracted out by Home Depot to remove and install our new garage door. Door was installed damaged- very damaged. It took a month to get the replacement panels and then FOUR appointments had to be made- for them to come. 3 out of the 4 appointments they either cancelled or didn't show up... which was a major inconvience since someone has to be home during the day (they don't do evenings or weekends) and I actually work for a living (Monday to Friday, 8-5)

I would not recommend them to anyone as their customer service is just a farce.
