We couldn't be more pleased.
We recently moved into our new home and found our insulation to be inadequate, prompting us to upgrade our current R values. We reviewed several locally owned and operated insulation companies and settled on Bob Jarvis Insulation to do the job for us. We couldn't be happier with our choice. We quickly received a call back and set up a date and time with a representative from Jarvis insulation to go over our concerns and needs. During our meeting we were advised of all option,processes incentives and rebates that were available to us. We were very impressed with the professional, knowledgeable and friendly approach of the rep. We felt very comfortable with Dave and entrusted our home needs to him and his crew.
True to his (Dave) word the crew showed up on the date and time agreed upon and completed the work within the day specified. The work was done in an expedient and friendly manner, with a white glove touch. Once the job was completed you could not even tell that they had even been in the house.
All things considered even taking into consideration government rebate delays (government issues, not contractors) We would have to say this was a positive experience and are confident in recommending Bob Jarvis Insulation to anyone looking for a professional top notch group to handle your home insulation concerns/needs.
