After finding Roofmaster on the internet and comparing with other companies, I chose Roofmaster to do my flat roof project due to their competitive price along with the estimators responsiveness to questions and my positive perception of the company. The good impression was confirmed while the contract was being prepared and catered to our specific needs and, above all, during the work on the project. I rate the crew, estimator, and overall service EXCELLENT. The company was able to quickly pull additional resources after discovering that more work was needed and Cal and his team spend over 12 hours working non stop on day 1 to fully secure the roof. I would definitely recommend Roofmaster to friends and family. Thanks in particular to Cal for excellent project management and full dedication. He didn't hesitate to come back several times to gradually finalize all aspects of the projects (when the weather was not cooperating), always kept us updated, and was full of good ideas.

On May 22nd we contracted with Roofmaster to replace a residential roof. At the time we signed the contract, Roofmaster estimated that the work would be done between the middle and the end of June. Work began on July 8th. The job took three days. At the end of day one, the back of the roof had been stripped of old shingles, a waterproof membrane had been installed, and the roof partially re-shingled. That evening there were severe thunderstorms with a hard driving rain. The roof leaked and water entered the house and dripped on to the carpet. Not much water, maybe a litre or two at most but it was distressing nonetheless. I was upset that the roof leaked and I was not happy with the company's initial reaction to my concern. More senior levels in the company quickly and actively got involved which reassured me. Eventually, the work was completed and I believe that the work was done in a competent and professional way. I expressed my concern about the potential for leaks in the future. The company assured me that it stands on its reputation for reliability and quality and that any future leaks will be dealt with professionally and with integrity. In the end, I am a satisfied customer and I would be willing to do business with Roofmaster again.

We are very pleased with the service provided by Roofmaster. Estimator Dave G was very helpful and patient in explaining his product and what would best meet our needs, making for a non-pressured experience. The installation itself was led by Ernesto V, and went very smoothly. Ernesto kept us informed regarding arrival times and delays due to weather. He suggested minor changes to installation plans as things arose - these were typically improvements, and often suggested as if he was doing this job on his own roof. His crew was polite and considerate, with great effort made to protect plants around the house. The site was cleaned at the end of each day, and at the end of the job, a thorough cleaning and sweeping of the lawn and driveway to remove roofing nails was done. A rating of 10/10 isn't high enough to reflect how pleased we are for the service provided. Many thanks to Roofmasters, and especially to Ernesto and crew, for a job very well done!

I am writing to commend Roger Lauzon and his team. Last December, Roger and one of his team, at some risk to themselves, went on my roof and gave me a work-around that saw me safely through the rest of the winter. This June work on the roof could begin. Roger and the team were outstanding – working late into the night on one occasion – so that my neighbour and I would remain dry. Communication was excellent, the removal of old materials and clean-up were exemplary and the metal work is very good indeed. The drainage of my roof is complex and Roger took the time to develop a sophisticated solution. I am very impressed and grateful for their professionalism.

I chose Roofmaster due to their reputation for quality. They arrived on the day they said, on time and finished before 1:00pm. The job was well done and site was left clean.

Andre and his crew arrived early in the AM as promised and worked till late in the day as rain was forecast for the next day.Andre himself was very pleasant, helpful and communicated well with us. The crew worked well together, were efficient and the entire project was well coordinated with materials arriving at the right time. The site was left clean. We are very pleased with the results and highly recommend Roofmasters and Andre Charbonneau
