I was looking for a good siding crew to reside my house (was in the industry myself, so knew what questions to ask). Nuden wasn't the cheapest one but was way ahead of all others in their approach to quality of work and attention to details. Project was completed exactly as discussed with Robert. Took over our job to install window walls when other supplier took our money and didn't deliver. Our kitchen reno hung in the balance. Extremely desperate, I contacted Nuden. Mark met me within a day, understood our circumstances and delivered in spades. Our kitchen reno saved from disaster. This company rocks! I will deal with them again and highly recommend.

We had a particular hard winter in 2013 having a metal roof caused melting, refreezing and melting until ice slid off roof. I practically removed the old trough as well as other damage to the roof. The Nuden sales associate gave us an incredible price about $800 less than the builder eaves from 13 yrs. ago. Then the installer ended up coming after another particularly heavy snow. He by himself not only installed the eave which was a higher quality than what he was remove 5" as compared to 3" and also installed leaf guards that had been needed at the time due to a number of mountain ash and over tall trees. The appearance and function are wonderful and we were very pleased that we could finely get the down spouts placed where we wanted. Even in the adverse conditions the install was done on time and when it was noted that one down spout could not be finished due to the amount of snow the installer came back a month later without being reminded and completed the job and we couldn't be happier.

The snow was so heavy last year 2012 and again in 2013, but in 2012 the tip of the trust bent and the metal roof damage by a company I wont use there name used an axe to remove the ice.
Nuden came in and repaired the damaged the other company did, plus reinforced the corner with solid wood never to break again. so happy with Nuden.

We bought our house in 2005 and soon realized that the windows were cheap and not energy-efficient. They actually had ice on them (on the inside of the house) in the winter and all of the "cranks" kept breaking. So we decided to replace them and the patio door. We went to the home show and filled in ballots at every window booth. Nuden Vinyl called and then came by to give us a free estimate. The owner was a great salesman and convinced us that he was giving us a great deal, but we later found out that we over-paid by more than $20,000. We were stupid to not get several bids and to fall for the "this deal will be gone tomorrow" line. The installation was spotty, took a long time and one of the installers was suspiciously absent a lot. The contract was vague and there was no breakdown of charges. Kind of a shady operation, which may explain why they are under new ownership.

Wow what a roof. life time warantee, and transferable warantee if we sell, beautifully installed and never had any problems with it. Does not fade in the sun and we bought their windows also. Roof we get a lot of compliments from passerby! we are the envy of the neighbourhood.

It's funny to be asked how likely it is that I'd recommend this company to my mother--I am actually writing this review for my mother! My parents are getting up there in age and purchased a bungalow that needed some work, particularly in the natural light department.
Nuden, a family-owned company that's been operating for over 30 years, treated my parents like royalty. Not only does their place look infinitely better, the staff at Nuden made my parents feel very special, and that's what's I appreciate most.

Excellent windows, well-made come with 50 year transferable guarantee. Very easy to maintain! If anything goes wrong with the windows, you can change the parts easily. Also very good sound-proofing, can't even hear outside sound! Also very efficient against the weather. Fuel bill has also gone down. Only downside was that the windows were a bit pricy.
