Riti Glass & Mirror

Rajat & his team came out on very short notice and were able to fix a broken latch on the spot. The first company i called, came, took a look and left, suggesting that I replace the window, cause the latch was old & obsolete, so I called Riti Windows and they solved my problem right away.

From start to finish, Riti Glass repair was very responsive and accommodating in having my chipped glass breakfast bar picked up, repaired and back in my kitchen within a week. The chip on the outer edge was entirely taken care of, so that now, it's as though the chip never happened. The short story is: flawless work, fast service and very pleasant to deal with.

Terrible Service. The glass had scratched even after it came a week late. They were unwilling to make any compensation. Also, prices were very high as compared to other glass businesses. I was very unsatisfied with the service and do not recommend it to others.

Ordering my items was so easy, and the prices were very reasonable. The delivery men were kind and helpful. They cleaned the glass and made sure it was set up to my liking before they left. I would work with them again.

We needed to install a mirror in our basement. Riti Glass was referred to me by two people that had work done by Rajit. They were extremely professional and did everything in a timely manner. More than anything else-there prices are very fair compared to their competition. I would highly recommend them to get any glass/mirror work done.

Shortly after moving into our home we realized that 3 of the windows were missing screens and the frames as well. I found Riti online, called and spoke with Raj who gave me perfect instructions on what to measure and provide them. A week later we had 3 window screens that fit beautifully into the window frames, and all 3 were different sizes. Riti Glass & Windows did this site unseen, and were a pleasure to work with. We will be doing work in the near future with them and having them make us mirrors for our bathrooms. I highly recommend them.

Accidentally broke a glass table insert in our coffee table. I did not know where to look and never thought I would be able to get it fixed. After e-mailing Rita Glass with a couple of pictures describing the problem they provided a fast reply assuring me they could fix us up. I dropped off the broken piece and they replaced it with a duplicate in less than a week. You can not tell it apart from the rest of the table glass. Their service was impeccable; fast, polite and knowledgeable. On top of all that the price I was charged was very reasonable. I strongly recommend these guys to anyone who has a project, issue or problem involving glass. I know where I will go with any future glass needs now.
