Closets By Design Niagara

I ordered the desk at the beginning of November. Installation was scheduled for beginning of January. They came and installed just the bottom portion of the desk without the top. When one works from home - the top portion of the desk is critical! The installers went on their way really w/o worrying that the job was 1/2 done! What ensued was a frustrating experience. Talking to the installation manager was ridiculous. He should not be allowed to speak to customers. Nicole handled a very disgruntled customer well - and calmed me down. She arranged for an installer to return the next day with a temp desk top. I had to wait another 4 weeks for the permanent desk top to come.
For the price I paid one would think that the service would be impeccable. It was much to be desired. Thank goodness for Nicole! The sales person didnt care after the desk was sold, nor did the sales manager.
Its good I like the desk - it was a painful process to get it installed. Do better!

The installer was exceptional. Did a great job in a timely manner and left the space clean.

Very seamless project from design to installation. Professional at every step. Communication was great with frequent updates and sticking to their schedule. Overall, very happy using Closets by Design in Niagara.

We just moved into a new condo and had Closets By Design design and install a walk-in closet, a work station and pantry shelving. We are more than happy with the final result and would recommend them to anyone looking to renovate or upgrade their current living spaces.

We absolutely love our new closets. From start to finish Wendy was wonderful to work with - extremely professional and creative with our design needs. Installation day went more smoothly than expected. Martin was pleasant, quick and the work area was left very clean. Would definitely use again.

We needed extra closet space in our Condo and had plenty of extra room in our Master Bedroom. Sales representative designed an 8’ closet which has provided what we need and looks great. Quality and
installation is great.

This the second time we have used Closets by Design, first one was in Toronto and second from in Burlington through Closets by Design Niagara. Very friendly staff, walked us through every step and made the process very simple. Installation was almost 03 months after we signed the agreement due to demand but otherwise everything was great. The team who came to install the closets were super nice as well. All in all great experience again and wont hesitate to use them again.
