In 2008 I spent $ 8500.00 for a hot tub enclosure. The skylight cracked shortly after it was installed. Saywood came and patched the crack with silicone. I was told the skylight would be replaced. Within a short period of time 2 more cracks appered and it continued to leak. After 3 years of numerous phone calls and emails to the owner , they still have not replaced the skylight. Saywood will not return my calls or answer my emails. Good luck to the next person with their purchase from Saywood.
