Once again Gandy does a great job for a reasonable price. They are my go-to company for furnace & plumbing work. I'm on the strata council for my townhouse and seen to many other heating contractors and their poor workmanship.

We have used Gandy for an AC install in 2014 and a furnace and AC install in our current home in 2016/2018. We have been EXTREMELY impressed with this company! We received prompt attention and service from start to finish. Rob D and our installers Cory D and Mike P were extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and respectful of our home. The products that were suggested for our home, due to a noise factor, far exceeded what was promised! We could not be more happy and satisfied with our service and products! We highly recommend Gandy and will use them again in the future!

At the end of November 2017, we contacted Gandy Installations to give us a quote on installing a new gas furnace to replace our 33 year old one. Rob D. came well prepared with his ipad and brochures. He explained the process to my wife and me, from the paperwork to installation and what to expect afterwards. Rob was courteous and assessed our needs before giving us a detailed quote on the Lennox furnace we picked based on his recommendations.
We scheduled the furnace install on December 11 with Gandy. On the day of install, Jack arrived promptly at 8:00 am and Glenn arrived soon after Jack. They were both polite and respectful. Jack was called away to another (bigger) job about an hour into the job, while Glenn stayed behind and finished the rest of the install. My wife and I are very pleased with the service we got from Glenn. He was efficient and thorough from install to clean-up. We appreciate how Glenn patiently answered all of our questions, and even showed us how to program the new thermostat he installed along with the furnace.
We also appreciate how Gandy Installations provided a worry-free experience. They took care of all necessary paperwork: the permit, Fortis rebate, and even registered the furnace with Lennox for the warranty. Thank you Gandy Installations for the excellent service.

Replaced a hot water tank with a tank-less system and a 25 yr old furnace The furnace was relocated to the crawl space to reclaim space.

A five man crew descended on our home and everyone quickly went to work. It was readily apparent these tradesmen were experts in their field and it was a pleasure to watch them do their job. Other quotes expected a two day install but in the space of a short 6 hours heat and hot water was up and running complete with gas meter upgrade. Not only this but the install was excellently done, neat and tidy. Lots of attention to detail, what the customer wanted and concern for appearance.

Arranged annual Lennox furnace service before the cold weather arrived. Easy to arrange. Did not know they also serviced fireplaces which would have saved some time for arranging service on the same day. Lauren arrived within the time allotted. With broken tendons, she arrived with help from a new trainee. Invoiced via email and cc receipt via email as well. Eco friendly and always a pleasure to have annual service with Kerrisdale Gas/Gandy Installations. Even got the FortisBC rebate form through email, which was helpful as FortisBC wanted things scanned as support documentation.

July 28/17 our air conditioner stopped working not to long after our furnace had been serviced that day. Bryan came over and found the dual capacitor had blown. He noticed the air conditioner was very dirty & did a general cleaning. On 9/8/17 we again had to have our air conditioner serviced, there was water on the floor in our furnace room. Anel came over (he was the one who serviced our furnace). He determined the up out drain was plugged and needed to remove it & clean it out. He also mentioned that the person who serviced our air conditioner should have check this pipe out. He also suggested that he put 2 new removable fittings on the pvc pipe so that they wouldn't have to keep cutting it off to check. Why wasn't this done in the first place? We would appreciate a phone call and some compensation.

Always satisfied with the service. Lauren is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. She was also on time for the service which I liked a lot. I have booked my fall service which was recommended as I know it was not an up sell but a way for us not to have any problems as a preventative measure.

New furnace and A/C installed- can't remember the salesman and installers names but were very professional and friendly, product excellent so far. Last year Amel, this year Anel did the maintenance, both brothers were outstanding to deal with, took time to explain everything they were doing, very professional, informative, friendly and both are represent the company in the best of manner. Thanks guys.

We had a new high efficiency service furnace installed by a different company. We had a small flood when the furnace water pump failed after 3 months. The other company was very difficult to deal with and in the end refused to provide repair service. Gandy dispatched Brian Sawyer who was professional, courteous, and replaced the pump efficiently at a reasonable cost. A few months later a leakage problem developed with the drainage line that the other company had installed. Once again Brian fixed the problem and actually replaced the entire drainage line and outlet pipe at no cost for the call. Outstanding customer service. Very well done.
