We had a complete re-roof done a few months ago during the blistering heat of this past summer. I had received several quotes for the job. They were not the lowest bid, but right up the middle. Given all of the challenges in manpower and supply chain during the pandemic, the job was completed in a reasonable amount of time and I did not have to pay a penny until we were both satisfied with the completion. Very happy with the outcome. After the monsoon we just experienced, no leaks and everything inside is dry!
