The Vacuum Specialists have been in business for many years. They are definitely experts at what they do! My Electrolux vacuum was repaired quickly and at a fraction of the cost of a new unit. They stand behind their repairs too. Friendly and professional service. Highly recommended!

I took my vacuum to Vacuum Specialists for repair in July because the power head had ceased to work. The next day they called to tell me what it would cost to fix the problem. Four days later it was fixed, cleaned, and tuned up. Two months later I encountered an unrelated problem and was told to bring it back. They fixed this too, I got it back the next day, and they didn't charge me anything to fix it. Their customer service is incredible. They were a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended!

Central Vacuum was not working and needed service and parts badly, Mohammad did an awesome job, timely, efficient and Professional. He explained everything as he progressed, highly recommend.

My 2005 Miele canister vacuum electric hose needed replacement and Miele discontinued making it recently. A used hose is difficult to find, but I stumble searched into Vacuum Specialists' website and phoned them. They had a used hose in stock $100 and agreed to ship it to Florida for $20. I was a little hesitant being that they are located in Alberta, Canada. The used hose arrived as scheduled and was in excellent shape for used. Omar took care of me very well.

We brought our central vacuum, which never shut off. It only shut off when it was unplugged. The problem was fixed very fast.

I WENT TO VACUUM SPECALISTS TODAY TO TRADE IN A VACUFLO HOSE AND A POWER HEAD FOR A BRAND NEW PRODUCT. I ALSO GOT MY BATTERY CHANGED ON MY HAND HELD DYSON AS IT WAS DEAD. MOE THE OWNER HELPED ME OUT FROM THE MOMENT I WALKED IN. HE IS SO NICE AND PROFESSIONAL AND HE GAVE GREAT ADVISE. HE DIDNT PRESURE ME INTO BUYING ANYTHING.
