I am very unimpressed with DDK Duct Cleaning!!
Several people in my condo in downtown Toronto have used this company for years; this was even a repeat visit for me. On May 10th their Service Technical removed my laundry room door to access the dryer duct and was unable to return the stacked washer dryer to its original position thereby preventing my door from being reattached properly. It is currently hanging from a single hinge and unable to close. The Tech also chipped a piece of my baseboard in his struggle with the appliances.
I have contacted DDK several times to take them up on their "Customer Satisfaction Guarantee" to request a Maintenance person to repair the damage they caused to my home. It has been 17 days and the only response I have received from DDK is a thinly veiled accusation that I am being dishonest about the damage (despite the fact that my correspondence has included photos of the damage). They have been back to my building a few times since the 10th to service other units but apparently are unable to make arrangements to have someone inspect the damage to mine.
If you plan to use this company...I would strongly urge you to think again.
