We found Shirley to be what, seemed at the time informative about the flooring we were interested in, this turned out to the opposite, the flooring we chose was totally wrong for it's designated area, however this advise never arose. Adjustments were not offered for mistakes made by the installer, the other one was occupied with hockey scores.The TORLY agent
has not had the courtesy to contact us, which would be very helpful as I have no idea if there is a product out there that would make maintaining this floor easy.The product sold to us by T&C is abselute garbage on this floor.

Ordered hardwood and installation. T&C has one of the most expensive flooring installations in Abbotsford, which mistakenly lead us to believe it meant quality. T&C send us inexperienced installers who installed the hardwood without laying it out first to check for color. This resulted in dark boards being group together creating dark patches on the floor. Also, in couple of areas the floor was buckled, although the subfloor was brand new and leveled. When we complained T&C stated that all the imperfections were acceptable. We disagreed, as we did not want patches on the floor and wavy floor. In the end T&C had replaced the dark boards but we had to pay for additional box of hardwood. Unfortunately they refused to fix the buckled floor, they said they did not want to “open can of warms”, they offered us discount towards somebody else fixing the problem but the floor will lose the guarantee.
Watch out: they take 75% deposit for both materials and labor upon ordering! According to T&C owner, customers often do not want to pay for work performed.

I have used the services of this company for several years. They do not disappoint. Gregg is an excellent salesman who's main focus is customer satisfaction. Communication is exceptional and the quality of service meets all expectation. I have no problem recomending this company for any flooring ot tile project.

It was time to replace old carpet and tile so we contacted Town and Country. The sales staff and front desk girl were very helpful. The installer for the hardwood was great...worked hard, had good advice and paid attention to every little detail. There were a few squeaks in the floor that he was determined to get rid of and didn't stop until he did. Now we have beautiful, quiet floors. Thank you!

We were very pleased with the selection offered by Town and Country. We live far from the showroom, and our sales person was able to arrange for me to view some product closer to home. He also dropped hardwood samples off at my workplace to make it more convenient for me.

town and country has good selection and prices. i initially liked the salesman and had a good experience in the showroom. town and country provided an installer to install our carpet. the installer briefly described how he would install the carpet on our stairwell. when the job was done i was not happy with the way it looked. i was not able to resolve the situation with the installer, was intimidated in my dealings with him and was made to feel that the stairs were inadequate. i contacted town and country to no avail. the situation was never resolved and whenever i look at them i am reminded of the negative experience. i wish the installer had been upfront with me from the start.
