I had a rough and bumpy experience with them. The furniture which was supposed to be delivered in two months had not been even ordered by their mistake and after two months they just realised! Some items after 4 months arrived damaged and I had to reject them. The whole project took me 6 months to finish, however as nobody was listening or even cared, I wrote a review in Yelp and then their customer service manager contacted me which was a nice gesture. As an interior decorator it was not an easy process at all.
